Region MED> Customer Project Execution, MED >Regional Operations, Bid Mgt & PMO In CPX- PMO (Customer Project Execution - Project Management Office) we support in all the process, transactional and analytics activities to CPX organization to achieve the main KPIs and purposes.
Activities in Scope:
• Regional P&L manage and forecast: Revenue, margin and Cash
• Regional Governance, Processes and standardization (PR/POs Management, Non-Conformities, Claims and Risk Management, Tools Management and Project Documentation).
• Cross sub-regional/cross functional co-operation, internal relationship-building, best practice and lessons learned sharing
• Active Global Improvement projects involvement and regional roll out
Responsibilities This position is reporting to the Head of PMO MED and will:
Lead a team around 10 people, training, development, mentoring and performance follow up. Be a reference for solving problems and continuous improvements in the CPX organization, having exposure internally with HOC, PMs, and Global CPX Team. Follow up the Team performs the activities on time, with accuracy and transparency, getting costs efficiencies.Qualifications Business Administration or Engineering degree 10 years of professional experience and more than 5 years of experience in Project Engineering or Project Coordinator activities. Experience with SAP Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills High verbal and written English communication Experience in renewable energy sector is beneficial Be a role model for the Team. To be resolutive and oriented in results achievement. Good analytical skills Capable of communicating and simplifying the information to team. In possession of a good positive approach to challenges and problems and able to get things done.
