The product is a SaaS solution that helps employees take the next step through smart algorithms, high-quality assessments and personalized learning advice.

Your Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of new applications.Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications/software.Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Contribute to the SCRUM process by participating in refinement, planning and retrospective sessions.Ensure the quality of your team's code through rigorous testing and maintenance, including writing unit tests.Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to deliver a high-quality web application.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience with Laravel.Proven experience in a lead or senior developer role with the ability to manage and mentor a team.Experience in developing API integrations.Excellent communication skills in English, B2 Level.Reside in Alicante or nearby, a hybrid work model is required.Knowledge/experience with ISO and Security standards.Knowledge/experience with ElasticSearch is a plus.Knowledge/experience with OpenID or SAML is a plus.Full-time job – 40 hours per week.Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and/or skills.Annual salary review.Opportunity to lead a key project in an international environment.Hybrid work model – 2 days office work in Alicante + 3 days remote.Long-term stable project with internal growth potential.Informal outings with the team in Alicante (optional).
