KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, assessment, and reskilling services with training to companies. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of Windows Desktop Applications, including Pricing Tools for our Voice business, internal reporting tools, security automation tools, and more. As a key team member, you will drive the evolution of our .NET applications' software architecture towards containerization and microservices. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing growth of our DevOps initiatives, building a solid foundation for Automation Testing and Continuous Delivery. Location: Madrid Sector: Telecom Team : 3 .NET developers and 1 QA engineer Responsibilities: Lead the .NET Development team Support business in creating a roadmap for your products Act as an Agile coach Own and maintain the capacity plan for your team Define and oversee the technical roadmap of the team Drive DevOps processes within your team and contribute to DevOps practices across the organization Maintain a healthy and cooperative team environment Design and implement solutions based on User Stories Participate actively in architectural and design discussions Conduct peer code reviews using GitLab Ensure the quality of delivered solutions and timely resolution of defects Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader of a software development team and at least 4 years as a .NET Developer Proven experience in leading and coaching a team PhD or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field Quality-oriented mindset Open-minded team player, adaptable to changing needs Excellent communication skills Strong agile mindset Committed to delivering pragmatic and solution-oriented results Experience with containerized software is a plus Experience in leading a .NET development team Experience in a Wholesale environment is a plus Fluent in English Benefits: International environment: Join a diverse team and make a global impact.
