Minimum Requirements:
3 years' of related experience in Sales or Program Management roles
Fluency in English and in one of the following: Spanish, French, Italian
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
Interested in new technologies, capable internet user
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
Experience solving complex analytical problems; exposure to complex data sets
Able to develop complex SQL queries

The Lead Management Team (LMT) aims at boosting innovation across our NSR European business in terms of our lead generation sources and operational productivity. Selling Partners are a key driver of creating a great customer experience (CX) and identifying and attracting the right Selling Partners is critical for Amazon's success. Moreover, increasing the productivity of our sales teams is one of our priorities. We are looking for profiles able to manage several projects at scale, prevailing the business sense of them, aiming for a measurable and long-lasting impact.
In this role, among others, you will:
Run/Create operational processes and other mechanisms to enhance sales team's productivity (lead assignation, qualification).
Innovate through the deployment of new scalable lead sources.
Learn and understand the specificities of Marketplace categories to spot popular brands, trends, seasonal items and pricing and connect them to at-scale initiatives.
Monitor and report lead generation sources, identify callouts and pipeline activity while maintaining an active network of stakeholders across Europe.
Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information for all the initiatives while presenting them to Senior Leadership (QBR, flashes, WBR).
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in outbound sales or program manager roles in tech companies.
Experience in e-commerce or retail.
Demonstrated track record of success in account management, product marketing or management consulting role.
