Role Overview Creating interesting and unique level designs, taking into account the game's overall concept and style Manage the design of levels through the full cycle of production from conception to finalization.
Analyze existing game levels and mechanics to identify improvements and propose innovative solutions.
Share best practices to foster professional growth within the team.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Professional level English and Russian At least three years of experience as a level designer Experience working on Casual, Mobile games Experience working in Unity Experience adjusting game balance and content consumption rates Understanding of basic product indicators (CPI, LTV/RPI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU) Excellent analytical skills to evaluate game design elements and adapt to player feedback.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project needs and deadlines.
