Our Growth team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
Role
Voodoo is looking for a Lead Influence Marketing Manager to own influencer activities for our whole portfolio of games and apps. Reporting to our Head of Growth, you will manage a team of experienced and senior assets to contribute to turning great mobile products into global hits.
Coordinate with product and other growth teams to set growth priorities.Define and deploy influencer growth strategies for our games and apps.Source influencer content to feed our paid acquisition and creative production.Own our virality strategy (i.e., social media, branding, etc.).Analyze your team's performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs.Lead your team: recruit, coach, and increase talent density.Drive a vast network of agencies and other third parties to support your strategy.Interface with our analytics team to accurately model the return on investment of your decisions.Pilot venture projects to push the boundaries of influence marketing (e.g., grow our own network of micro-influencers, launch animated influencers, etc.). - You have 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing including, ideally, some experience in gaming.
- You have a track record of managing 5+ people.
- You're an expert in performance marketing: you're intimately familiar with best-in-class methodologies to attribute virality in the context of influence campaigns, model ROI, etc.
- You're a hacker: you've already achieved material results through organic/viral tactics.
- You've successfully led high-impact projects.
- You speak and write English fluently.
