.At one of our clients' projects in Cádiz (Puerto Real) & remote , we are looking for a Lead HSE Advisor (m/f/d) to support a critical project, focusing on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management for offshore structures, starting as soon as possible for a duration of approximately 2 years. Your Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Development: Lead the HSE team and actively support the development of internal competencies. You will apply your extensive knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environmental management to continuously improve our safety strategies and processes. Project Management and Coordination: Take responsibility for the development and management of diverse projects resulting from HSE-related tasks. You will ensure successful project execution, coordinate collaboration between different internal departments and external partners, and ensure that all work is completed on time and in accordance with technical and safety requirements. Safety by Design Leadership: Identify new opportunities, safety innovations, and partnerships within the offshore wind industry, while overseeing the development of these initiatives. You will drive the further development and optimization of HSE services in alignment with the company's vision. Contract and Tender Management: Support the contract and tender process by preparing offers and bids in the HSE sector. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to create competitive and technically sound proposals that meet customer requirements. Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Regularly report on project progress, team performance, and adherence to budget and timelines. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the enhancement of safety standards within the organization. Your Profile: A degree in engineering or a related field, preferably in offshore, renewable energy, or safety engineering. A further training as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) (FaSi), Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordinator (m/w/d) (SiGeKo) or similar. Relevant experience in HSE advisory roles, particularly in offshore environments. Solid knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in Europe and Germany. Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach to work. Fluent in English; German language skills would be a plus. Contract: Contract Type: Project-related, minimum of 2 years. Working Hours : Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday and remote.
