David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Lead Generator for their Barcelona or Valencia office.Position: Lead GeneratorLocation: Barcelona, Spain OR Valencia, SpainEmployment type: Part-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESExpert understanding of products with ability to demonstrate products and services.Positively impact sales through customer interactions, with consistent increase in conversion rates.Build meaningful connection and profile the customers assigned to improve quality data and segmentation.Research and identify leads to boost the sales in the specific region/territory.Work closely with the inside sales representatives to convert leads into opportunities.Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.Capture and report all relevant data.Provide a positive and memorable experience to each customer.Achieve and exceed KPIs set.REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in sales roles is mandatory.Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments.Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
