The Lead Game Producer will orchestrate and facilitate complex products and teams that affect our igaming business. Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional game teams, customers, stakeholders and leadership, you will define as-is and to-be processes, pinpoint limitations and recommend improvements to streamline the game delivery pipeline. In short, you will be responsible for maximising the value of the product by creating and managing the games product backlog and be the voice of the end user in the agile delivery process.What you'll doUnites and sets the vision for the Game Producer capability; Evaluates and shapes new processes, procedures, documentation and standards to streamline the game delivery lifecycle; Mentors and coachesother talented Game Producers and sets expectations and goals for the capability; Lead the organization and facilitation of stakeholder sessions, design thinking workshops, ensuring active participation and productive outcomes; Focus on team's health, setting-up team ceremonies and initiating various activities; Acts as a conduit between functions - driving agreement with stakeholders and within cross functional teams to resolve conflicts and drive on time delivery; Participate and guide the games production team in product planning and forecasting; Engages with 3 rd party teams to coordinate and set delivery expectations; Aids in prioritization, risk management, conflict resolution, and setting milestones for the team; Vigilant in communicating and documenting product status and health; Solicits feedback and utilizes data to inform and set expectations of high product quality; Contribute to the consistency of the user experience for our market leading casino products; Acts as a voice of the customer
