Digital Workplace is seeking a Lead M365 Collaboration/ Document Management Platform Engineer who brings solid expertise in document- and information management in M365 with a deep understanding of M365 Collaborative/ Document Management Platforms (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Search).
In this role you will: Design and architect our end-to-end M365 collaboration/ document management platform. Ensure optimal deployment and continuous enhancement of user experience, e.g., performance, scalability, and security, considering customer needs/requirements, company standards, and engineering best practices.Design and optimize our collaboration/ document management services, considering company policies and procedures, e.g., for data retention and deletion, data ownership, classification, protection, and archiving.Design and implement/execute integration with, or migration strategies to our other data repository platforms like Windows File Servers, or Electronic Records Management solutions like Documentum.Develop and implement automated solutions using Power Automate and PowerShell to simplify work and reduce effort for repetitive administrative actions.Develop and implement reporting solutions using Power BI to monitor and report key metrics useful to manage and continuously improve our collaboration/ document management platform, and its integration with, or migration to other platforms.Act as mentor/guide for team members to support their growth. In SharePoint Online and in M365' collaboration, document and information management ecosystem (OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Search) and in other data repository platforms, e.g., cloud and on-premises shared drives, Documentum.With underlying/interfacing foundational topics, e.g., security, governance, compliance.With increased level of accountability to take technical decisions, aligned with strategic goals, and with increased scope of change, to contribute to and drive forward.To effectively communicate in English and manage a network with many (and more senior) stakeholders and business partners.To leverage your exceptional technical skillset and scarce capabilities to get complicated problems resolved and work done autonomously, collaboratively and with the help from colleagues, end-to-end.To supervise well-defined projects, plan work for others, and with mentoring, coaching, and teaching in own expertise to support growth of teammates considering their skills and working styles.To work in a global, multi-cultural and very dynamic environment.To continuously learn and grow to meet the ever-changing technological and environmental needs.
