MISSION: To lead eCommerce program test automation activity.
To build and execute a roadmap for best practices consolidation in test automation.
To secure E2E tests for both API (Postman) and end user interface (behave, selenium, lambdatest).
Onboard all team members (~30 developers) on test writing and maintenance.
Build automated reports and alerts systems.
Level of Experience: Senior (8+ years)
Preferred experience: > 10 years of testing experience, > 5 years on test automation experience.
Required technical skills: Selenium, lambda test, behave, Postman, Azure DevOps pipelines.
Interpersonal skills: Leadership, communication, mentoring.
