Lead Deckhand

I am looking for a Senior Deckhand for a 95M Private yacht
Candidates must have the following:
2+ years of experience (preferably >50m)
Good seamanship (line handling, mooring & anchoring ops, etc)
Confident character, works well under pressure. Has initiative and would be capable of leading the team in the absence of the bosun
Massive advantage with people that have a background in sailing or know their way around a regatta
The starting is package is 90 days a year, salary based on experience between 4000 USD and 4500 USD
