Lead Deckhand

Minimum of 2 years experience with a start date of Aug 20 to Sept 4 '24.
We are a private family cruising a 31 mtr Royal Huisman (no charters) and will be crossing to Barcelona for The America's Cup on 20th August.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for presentation to an excellent standard, with a keen eye for detail.Run the deck for docking and anchoring.Assist with sailing the yacht.Assist, if required, with any other duties aboard.Must be well presented and able to interact with owners, guests, and crew.Be a self-starter and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
