Lead Deckhand

Lead Deckhand Position - 82m Private New Build Start date: within the next 2 weeks.
Joining location: Barcelona
Experience Required: MUST have 2-3 years experience on deck & at least a year as lead deck.
Leave package: 5:1 rotation
The vessel is looking for someone who can take on bigger responsibilities and who would be able to step up and take the Bosun role for 3 months of the year.
Currently finishing up the season in the Med before crossing over to the Caribbean for the first fishing trip. Very exciting itinerary for 2024 & 2025 possibly heading to the Pacific for the start of the New Year.
Amazing & fun owners and a close-knit crew environment. A lot of sports & active adventures happening on & off charter.
Qualifications: Large tender driving is a mustFishing experience is a HUGE BONUSThis position will definitely be for someone who LOVES fishing, diving, and everything watersports. Crew loves surfing too.Vessel/Shorebased Type: 82m (269ft)
