Lead Data Consultant (Governance & Strategy Lead)

Lead Data Consultant (Governance & Strategy lead) For my truly best client in the engineering sector based in Madrid, I am urgently looking for an experienced Senior Data Consultant to lead their global reports throughout their Global Center of Excellence.
Tasks:
You will analyze, define, implement and improve Data strategies and processes to deliver solutions that allow to do more with the ever-expanding data assets of our internal stakeholders.
You will support the assessment of business units with regard to their current maturity for data, analysis, and intelligent automation.
You will make sure you understand the strategic goals and key business drivers impacting our internal stakeholders' business areas and embed it into our solutions.
You will help define approaches for data transformation projects and participate in their delivery (for instance as project stream lead).
You will deliver analytically-informed, issue-based solutions that support our business areas in making faster, better and smarter decisions that are in line with their strategy.
You will support the effective change in the organization following data-transformations.
You will participate in the development and implementation of our Data Strategy & Management capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master degree in data science, computer science, statistics or applied math.
Min of 5+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Monetization, Data Management and Data Governance.
Experience with project management methodologies & agile delivery approaches.
Data-sphere is a plus.
Fluency in English, German is a plus.
