The DIS meets with the client to conduct initial project activities, analyzes existing client systems and documents both interface requirements and critical business issues (CBIs) with a consultative approach. The DIS is responsible for setting up the required interfaces from/to ADP Workforce Manager. The DIS participates in establishing and monitoring of the client implementation schedule relating to integrations and reports on the status to Project Team members. The DIS also prepares individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones in a manner consistent with ADP project standards. DIS's are expected to independently manage their workload to ensure that they are meeting project timelines and communicating with the client and project team as defined in the Implementation best practices.RESPONSIBILITIESBe the main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for all Integration related topics, both for the client and for ADP project teamsHost walkthrough calls with the client project team to define each integration requirements.Document the client's solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required according to ADP's methodology and project scope.Create and maintain a record to track changes and decisions made per integration.Take ownership and be responsible for the configuration of the scoped integrations.Work with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system as designed.Using Boomi/Postman/JSON technology daily to fulfil client & system requirements when integrating HCM (Human Capital Management) software products.Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirements and ADP WFM product and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.Provide guidance to the client in preparing testing activities (test scripts, scenarios)Support clients through the User Acceptance, End-To-End Testing, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.Support data migration activities like data cleansing, mapping, and conversion.Ensure handover to ADP's Client Service Team following ADP's handover methodology
