Lead Compliance – Madrid Inicio Inmediato

ResponsibilitiesTo assist AECS head of Compliance in the following duties.- Gathering compliance information with a critical view for onward reporting and performing compliance review.- Following up on compliance and other areas recommendations.- Creation of new or amendment of existing policies, procedures and processes whilst taking a holistic approach of the organization.- Participating in local, EU, and Group calls.- Scanning the horizon for the upcoming relevant regulation and coordinating efforts to comply with them across the operation.- Facilitating open and transparent and timely response to Regulatory requirements.Requirements- Excellent understanding of the insurance industry, its regulations, IDD,- Solvency II & EIOPA Guidelines, same as Spanish legislation of- Corporate Criminal Compliance.- The position will involve working closely with Spain, Italy, France and the UK colleagues.- Ability to travel- fluent in English - 80·% job is done in English- +5 years experience in Compliance in insurance / financial services industry.Soft skillsStrategic thinking, attention to detail and analytical capacity, integrity and reliability, is dedicated and strives to exceed expectations, has a team mentality and loves collaboration, maintain a positive attitude being happy to help.#J-18808-Ljbffr
