Job DescriptionOverview: Merkle is looking for a Lead Campaign Consultant with specialist Braze experience to join our team and meet the growing needs of our clients and partners. Merkle provides a full range of services, including Experience & Product Design, Engagement & Loyalty, Platforms & Engineering, Analytics & Insight, as well as Consulting & Business Operations for our enterprise clients.
Within the MarTech & Data practice, we deliver full-stack solutions for major brands looking to accelerate business growth through marketing automation, data utilisation, and connected customer experiences. The role will primarily support clients using Braze as their core activation technology to achieve rapid time-to-value, but you may also support other technologies as business needs arise. Our team is always at the forefront of change, focusing on emerging data, personalisation, and activation tools.
Role Summary: Elevate your career as a Lead Campaign Consultant in our Platform Enablement team, where your Braze expertise will be pivotal. As a central figure in your domain, you'll lead the charge in harnessing the transformative power of this platform, driving innovation, and fostering growth in a vibrant and expanding area.
Our Mission: To revolutionise our clients' marketing strategies by maximising their martech investments, with a special emphasis on leveraging Braze to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities: • Project delivery: Lead and deliver timely and budget-compliant projects.
• Marketing campaigns: Implement innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging the advanced features and best practices of Braze.
• Client guidance: Provide reassurance on platform capabilities and support their adoption.
• Process adoption and rigour: Ensure processes are followed, SLA's are met and rigour is implemented at all stages including accuracy of briefing, quality checking through to execution.
• Risk management: Identify and escalate project risks, be aware of client dependencies, and support the validation of assumptions.
• Be the expert: Continue to develop deep expertise in Braze, stay on top of platform updates, integrations and relevant eco system.
• Team support: Foster our team's expertise in Braze, share knowledge and build a network of platform specialists.
QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications: · A solid foundation of 4+ years in marketing technology, with a deep and practical focus on Braze.
· A history of demonstrable success with Braze, including at least 2 years of dedicated, hands-on experience.
Desired Characteristics: · A passion for technology and innovation in the marketing space.
· A results-driven professional eager to lead in a fast-growing sector.
· Strong communicator at all levels, with the ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
