Lead Bi Analyst

The ideal candidate will join a multi-disciplinary scrum team for work in the following initiatives:

Work in the new CRM platform
Digital Marketing Analytics Solution
Finance Transformation
Portfolio reporting and Monitoring Analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and refine business and technical requirements
Write documentation
Handle change requests and scope planning
Manage expectations
Investigate incidents (data and dashboard related)
Consult clients on data solutions (propose best dashboard layout and logic)
Source to target mapping (between several systems and between source system and final KPI in dashboard)
Perform EDA and simple DQ checks (Snowflake DB)
Design conceptual schemas for data models

REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to work from the office 3 days per week (Madrid)
Strong communication skills and BA stakeholder management
Understanding of the dashboard development cycle
Understanding of CI/CD process
Wide experience in SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, JIRA, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to drive issues to completion
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Works well independently as well as in a team setting
