Job Description: As part of its growth, ARROW BSC is strengthening its teams and is looking for an EMEA Business Process Analyst.
What you will be doing at ARROW: An Arrow BPM is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing an organization's operations on a dedicated set of assignments.
Identifies bottlenecks, streamlines workflows, and drives growth by translating complex business needs into efficient processes.
Examines existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Creates detailed process maps and redesigns workflows to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes.
Oversees organizational change initiatives, helps to develop communication plans, provides guidance for training, and supports the Change management team to address resistance to ensure smooth transitions.
Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracks process metrics to gauge the effectiveness of process improvements.
Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, measure progress, and make data-driven decisions.
Works closely with various departments to gather input from stakeholders and defines standardized metrics to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Who are we looking for?
Process Mapping and Modeling: Proficiency in tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), Microsoft Visio to visualize and design efficient processes.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data using tools like Power BI or Excel to identify trends and measure process performance.
Lean and Six Sigma: Knowledge of Lean management and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
CPQ & Salesforce: Applications knowledge.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey process changes and collaborate with stakeholders in fluent English.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and requirements.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to gather input and ensure process improvements align with business goals.
