The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop, drive and execute recruiting strategies and act as a consultant for our business leaders.This role will lead fully cycle recruitment of key positions and oversee salaried and hourly recruitment for a region.ResponsibilitiesReviewing business strategies and plans with regional leaders to identify current and future talent requirements and trendsIdentify and anticipate the talent needs of the organization through partnership and consultation with HR partnersDevelop talent pipeline and relationships to ensure the availability of talent when requiredMeasuring the ongoing effectiveness of recruitment strategies; ensuring team metrics and service level agreements are metEnsuring team compliance with process and standardsKnowledge and SkillsBachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred5+ years of in-house recruiting experience requiredExperience leading a team of recruiters or sourcing team is preferredBilingual in Spanish and English is requiredCompensation, HR Business Partner/Generalist or other experiences in HR preferredSocial media recruitment and other modern recruitment strategies strongly preferredStrong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and passion for iconic brands is requiredLI-JS1LI-Onsite#J-18808-Ljbffr
