Role Detail:
The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for managing the IT Workplace team / Service Provider in the organization which provides front line Incident and Request Management for the Workplace environment.
The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing the standards and procedures within which the technicians will operate.
Main Responsibilities Proximity support expert (computers, printers, meeting rooms, onboarding/offboarding, inventory management, licensing)
Advanced knowledge on user/devices administration tools: Active Directory, Intune, O365 admin portal, Exchange, Azure
Workplace service management, ensuring operation and quality levels
Follows procedures (KPI's) and policies (security) of the company in order to guarantee standards and quality of service
Provides management reports on onsite operations and issues, including recommendations for areas of service or technology improvements
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, including end-user training tools and documentation
Coordinates timely repair of PC equipment covered by 3rd party vendor maintenance agreements
Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware
Supports on smaller initiatives/work-related items with limited resource requirements and/or complexity
Collaborates with the Service Desk team to identify opportunities for automation
Audits the quality of the service provided by the service provider
Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in the sector
High level of knowledge in microcomputing and user support
High resolution capacity for complex incidents
Experience in license management
Experience in InTune
Competencies Fluency in Spanish and English
Excellent face-to-face communication skills
