In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Coordinating the most important departments: Tax, FP&A; , Controlling, Administration, Fleet, Shared Service Accounting (Spanish statutory accounting and US GAAP), Reporting (internal and external)- Preparation of monthly financial documents, budget and presentations for European management- Monitoring of controlling with regard to the income statement, working capital and investment planning- Strategic alignment of companies, merging and optimization of companies- Responsibility for internal and external audits, taxes- Compliance with and updating of "US GAAP Accounting Standards" and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), as well as Spanish statutory requirements- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes with the Shared Service Center Accounting Integration in Cluj, Romania- Supporting and partnering with the Iberian General Manager, sales directors,and other important business partnersWho You Are:You are a positive person who believes collaboration is the key to success.
