Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and innovative Service Business Unit. The department is responsible for planning, repair, certification, and technical support for Service tools.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure a safety culture and focus for all employeesSupervise your direct reports and support them to solve issues requiring escalationCoordinate and support strategic and operational improvement projectsEnsure that direct reports have the required technical competences and they all work with aligned/standard processesCoordinate the tool supply with warehouse operationResponsible for order handling, repair, and certification of toolsRequirementsBachelor's Degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar)Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar roleExperience from a leading role within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain activitiesFluency in English, both verbally and in writing (daily meetings in English)CompetenciesSolid and proven leadership skillsPractical competencies driving effective action plansSolid IT capabilities and knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and ERP systemsSolid communication skills with numerous stakeholders at different levelsCapacity to support and motivate remote teamsA flexible approach to your work and the ability to handle many tasks at the same timeWhat we offerWe offer an exciting position with great opportunities for professional and personal development within the growing company in sustainable energy.
