Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and innovative Service Business Unit.
The department is responsible for planning, repair, certification, and technical support for Service tools.
Responsibilities Ensure a safety culture and focus for all employees Supervise your direct reports and support them to solve issues requiring escalation Coordinate and support strategic and operational improvement projects Ensure that direct reports have the required technical competences and they all work with aligned/standard processes Coordinate the tool supply with warehouse operation Responsible for order handling, repair, and certification of tools Requirements Bachelor's Degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar) Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role Experience from a leading role within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain activities Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (daily meetings in English) Competencies Solid and proven leadership skills Practical competencies driving effective action plans Solid IT capabilities and knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and ERP systems Solid communication skills with numerous stakeholders at different levels Capacity to support and motivate remote teams A flexible approach to your work and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time What we offer We offer an exciting position with great opportunities for professional and personal development within the growing company in sustainable energy.
