By providing high-quality services that help our users and partners grow, we aim to advance and enrich society.ResponsibilitiesPartner with multiple business teams to generate consolidated billings for cross-border and cross-business unit activitiesReconcile revenue, billings, COGS, and internal DOMO reports to get accurate reportingProvide revenue and GP analysis by regions and clientsConsult with the tax team to review and update the tax logic and policy with the business expansionManage/Oversight intercompany processes, including intercompany settlement, reconciliation, and monthly reportingWork with reseller and programmatic partners team to get reports for the auto paySend the AR statement to clients and coordinate with multiple teams to collect in a timely mannerWork with external firms (HLS Credit Risk Management and Creditmonitor) to get credit reportsProvide guidance and support to the regions and business unitsSupply the appropriate information to internal and external audit teamsQualificationBachelor's degree in accounting or financePreferred 3 – 4 years of work experience in advertising, with a focus on mediaDemonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groupsDemonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; Ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels of the CompanyDemonstrated strengths in organizational, attention-to-detail, follow-through, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to seek underlying assumptions through probing, questioning, and listeningStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively and communicate information clearly and effectivelyPassionate about timeliness/commitment to deadlines and accuracyStrong technical skills/proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)High level in EnglishSome good reasons to apply:Opportunity to work for a leading company and a global technology conglomerate.Flexible working hours and hybrid model.
