The Team This role sits within the ERP and Corporate Functions team at Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Digital. We are a dynamic team passionate about accompanying Sanofi CHC through its most exciting and challenging journey as it seeks to become a fully carved in P&L; within Sanofi. We are a team composed of professionals that come from different backgrounds, both internal and external to Sanofi. Their purpose is to provide our Consumer Healthcare Business with the most fit and easy to use solutions to operate their processes in an efficient and sustainable way.
Main responsibilities Lead architecture design reviews, the product roadmap and product strategy definition in their areaDevelop a deep understanding of Sanofi business processes and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders and process ownersCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, break high-level requirements into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs, translating these into documented architecture solutionsDocument systems and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowingGuide the development team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirementsSupport development team with resolution of blocking issues and interdependencies and provide them architecture and design guidanceCollaborate with other architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, ensuring coverage of operational, statutory, and legal requirementsBusiness continuity comes first: in the event of a crippling incident stopping business operations, able to manage the resolution as highest level of support within the company in their fieldMinimum Requirements 10+ years doing ERP delivery in a business-oriented context, preferably in an FMCG global companyExtensive experience in implementing and maintaining SAP MDM, MDG, SAP BW, BODefined strategy for a company in at least one of the above areasShould have good knowledge of modules like FI, SD, MMSignificant team management experience, able to provide supervision, guidance and coaching to more junior employees working in the same fieldERP transformation experience in a global companyExecutive-level communication and engagement skills, both written and verbalStrong configuration experience, ability to determine when to use configuration vs code as well as advanced troubleshooting skillsAbility to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide efforts and cost estimates, and manage delivery the desired functionalityMaintain high level of quality while working on complex problems under pressure and deadlinesProvide guidance to Data Migration teams with master data & transactional data loadsProject management experience; continuous improvement skills and mindsetExperience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and managementDeep understanding of Application and technology ArchitectureKnowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is importantKnowledge of agile ways of working is a plusKnowledge of current ERP software trends in their area of expertiseSoft Skills Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environmentStrong appetite to learn and discoverAdaptable and open to changeCompany-first mindset: able to put the interests of the company before their own or those their teams if applicableExcellent analytical skills: able to frame and formalize problem statements and formulate robust solution proposals clearly and conciselyAutonomous and Results-drivenRole model our 4 values: teamwork, integrity, respect, courageEducation Master's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
