We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Bridal Product Developer to join our Product & Merchandising team at our Barcelona HQ.We seek people who are passionate about Fashion; love to be part of a growing and challenging international environment; inspiring and empowering people and are not afraid to make a difference.Our mission is to bring HAPPINESS into the world by dressing our customers' dreams with style, being the best partner to our clients, and building together an exciting place to work.Functions and Responsibilities:Fluid communication and sensibility to develop bridal collections hand in hand with the design team.Daily follow-up of the development process from creation until the final product is ready to be commercialized worldwide, following a strict collection calendar.Creation of highly detailed tech packs.Constant communication with vendors to achieve the desired concept, quality, and costing for our product, including costing negotiation.Ability to solve daily technical questions and agility to react to unexpected situations affecting deadlines and milestones.Being a team player, interacting with other departments as part of the process.Fitting, discussing, and evaluating styles with a feeling for fashion, fabrics, and technical know-how of the industry.Use of IT tools such as PowerPoint and Excel is a must; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.Minimum Requirements:Three years of previous experience in a similar position.Design, pattern making, or technical background in the fashion and textile industry.Fluency in English, spoken and written.Additional languages such as Italian are also considered.Correct and professional use of the mentioned IT tools.Strong interpersonal skills: assertiveness, flexibility, creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to think ahead.Experience working with overseas suppliers, particularly in China, and constant communication regarding product development and price negotiation.Experience in following up open cost sheets and working towards target cost goals.Skills:Organizational skills to fulfill different tasks in parallel, maintaining quality standards.Communication skills to interact with vendors, other departments, and within our Product Development division.Design and technical knowledge are appreciated, along with a flair for the product.Negotiation ability in an international business environment.Positive, motivated, and dynamic attitude.Proactive team player, essential in this department.Responsibility and agility to carry out complete follow-up of the brand for every collection.What Does PRONOVIAS GROUP Offer?Ethical workplace environment that embraces diversity.
