Lawyer for Clinical Trials/Clinical Projects/IPRVHIR offers a vacant position for a lawyer with experience in various areas of the Healthcare environment to develop tasks within the Legal Unit. This unit ensures the regulatory compliance in all institutional acts, especially in biomedical research projects and IP.
Job DescriptionEducation and qualifications:Required: Bachelor's degree in LawDesired: Master's degreeExperience and knowledge:Required:2-5 years of experienceSpecific knowledge in pharmaceutical and healthcare law and/or previous experience in the field of biomedical research will be positively valued (specifically in the field of clinical trials and EPAs).Excellent organisational skills with a vocation of service and customer orientation.Ability to work in teams.Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, both written and oral.Main responsibilities and duties:Participate in the process of drafting, negotiating, and reviewing clinical trial contracts and amendments.Provide legal advice in the field of clinical trials and EPAs.Labour conditionsFull-time position: 40h/week.Starting date: immediate.Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.
