The current position will be held from our Headquarters located in Madrid.Job description:Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
)Ensure regulatory compliance in the health and biotechnology field.Provide legal advice on all types of commercial agreements.Manage extrajudicial agreements.Provide legal support for all types of queries that may arise within the company.
Claim payments at a national and international level.Assist the In-house Legal Counsel in managing and resolving legal matters, preparation of reports and other legal documents.Proactively identify potential legal risks, developing strategies and processes to mitigate these risks.Requirements: Have 5+ years of experience in international law, including substantial time with cross border operations.Be a practicing member in Spain ("Colegiatura para poder ejercer en España").Have solid knowledge of contractual and corporate law.Strong analytical capacity, proactivity and communication skills, to provide practical and business-focused solutions and advice.Excellent spanish & english skills, both in a verbal and written aspect (Level C1 minimum).Desirable: Fluency in Italian and/or Portuguese.
Advanced knowledge of Data Protection.
