We are seeking to hire a lawyer specialized in banking and finance law for our Barcelona offices, capable of managing the following responsibilities:Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other financial contracts.Advise on processes of authorization or registry with the Bank of Spain and the CNMV.Advise on financial regulatory aspects.Provide legal support to investment management firms and on fund formation.Assist clients with compliance and regulatory issues in the fintech sector.Advise on matters related to digital assets and blockchain technology.Provide legal advice on mergers and acquisitions involving financial institutions.The ideal candidate will bring expertise in navigating complex legal frameworks and delivering strategic legal counsel to our clients.What is our ideal candidate like?
