About The Role Are you multilingual and want to use your language skills in an international environment to provide global support to clinicians and patients? Do you enjoy helping people? Then you are the person we are looking for to join our team to support LATITUDE Remote Monitoring. We are currently looking to reinforce our international team which provides global industry-leading support on LATITUDE Remote Monitoring, a system which allows patients implanted with a cardiac device to be monitored remotely by their physician.
In this role, you will be responsible to: Provide global industry-leading support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, email, etc.).Analyse and assess product operation and make recommendations for remote management.Educate, support and train customers through phone consultation and written correspondence.Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments and concerns.Achieve and maintain proficiency for LATITUDE. Achieve and maintain working knowledge of clinical product operation.Create relevant training document.What are we looking for in you? Fluent in two out of the following languages: Italian, German or Dutch (at least C1 level);Good English level (at least B2);Experience in a customer care or a client-facing role would be a strong plus;Knowledge of mobile devices would be a plus;Well organized, good problem-solving skills, good communication in various languages and proactive person;Able to work office-based for the first year in the company.What We Can Offer To You Permanent contract;Possibility to make an impact;Fast Growing and international environment.Location: on-site working schedule (5 days in the office), in our hub in Madrid, Spain.
