About The Role Are you multilingual and want to use your language skills in an international environment to provide global support to clinicians and patients? Do you enjoy helping people? Then you are the person we are looking for to join our team to support LATITUDE Remote Monitoring. We are currently looking to reinforce our international team which provides global industry-leading support on LATITUDE Remote Monitoring, a system which allows patients implanted with a cardiac device to be monitored remotely by their physician.

In this role, you will be responsible to: Provide global industry-leading support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, email, etc.). Communicate with customers through phone consultation and written correspondence. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Support the LATITUDE Customer Support team with administrative tasks. Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments, and concerns. Achieve and maintain proficiency for LATITUDE; achieve and maintain working knowledge of clinical product operation. Create relevant training documents. What are we looking for in you? Excellent written skills in English and French (C1 level ideally). Ability to manage projects. Experience in a customer care or a client-facing role would be a strong plus. Knowledge of mobile devices would be a plus. Well organized, good problem-solving skills, good communication in various languages and proactive person.
