Job Description:This isn't a conventional car company. We're a new global brand that focuses on the need of the connected generation, sustainability, and a hassle-free customer experience.Last Mile ManagerYou'll be responsible for operations in your market for all customer-facing car movements, such as Test drives, Car deliveries, Pickup and delivery for Service and Car returns.- A vast majority of the services will be performed by our supplier, so your skills to manage indirectly and to communicate is central. You'll be our execution brand champion in the Spanish market ensuring our partners deliver not only What (The right car, place and time) agreed on, but also How (The Lynk & Co feeling).In cooperation with our supplier, you'll balance our performance and tactics against volumes and cost targets.- This is primarily a logistics role, but you need to bring out your inner brand manager to make sure to deliver the Lynk & Co experience.What you'll do:Establish a good working relationship with our supplier.Ensure a controlled scaling of our operations in terms of the number of services performed and increasing the touchpoints used to perform these services.Identify/approve new locations to operate.Handle deviations in operations - correction and development of Standard Operating Procedures.Quantitative control of your market - Volumes, costs and KPIs.What you bring:Several years of experience managing logistical operations (preferably outbound and ideally with hands-on experience).Experience in managing and maintaining a customer/supplier relationship (KPIs, SLA adherence and development discussions involved).Valid driver's license.To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate strategies, findings and results concisely and also to share knowledge across 7 markets.Working for Lynk & Co:Want to learn more about working for Lynk & Co and what we offer?
