We are looking for a strategic logistics operations leader to own the development of our last-mile delivery operation in Iberia. Focusing on scaling and maturing our Fleet operations, you will help design and implement new processes, ways of working and 3rd party relationships to ensure that our fleet of e-Scooters is safe, available and fit for purpose for our expansion plans in the region.
What you will doDevelop and implement the planning, allocation, maintenance processes and the daily operation of our total fleet.Define, implement and document performance metrics, monitor quality standards and compliance.Play a leading role in the continued improvement of our operational excellence, develop and implement policies & procedures relating to incident & accident management, maintenance & repairs.Take ownership of one of the largest e-bikes / e-scooters fleets in Spain, spread across several cities and many locations.Plan our long-term fleet requirements based on our growth plans, making sure that our suppliers deliver according to our operational needs and as per contractual standards.Use your highly developed analytical skills to drive fleet planning, inventory monitoring, utilization and more, always keeping a balance between operational requirements and investment.Requirements5+ years experience leading last-mile delivery operations.Proven track record of designing scalable processes and ways of working in a green, high-growth environment.Experience working in an ultrafast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities and projects with an outstanding capability of staying on top of your tasks.A resourceful self-starter with a hands-on mentality, great project management skills and you feel comfortable building structure and implementing processes in complex or ambiguous environments.Keen eye for data and detail with experience setting up dashboards and reporting infrastructure to build insight-driven decision making.Excellent communication skills, in English and Spanish, to engage and align with internal and external stakeholders.BenefitsA once-in-a-career opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing mobile-commerce businesses in the world.Career development opportunities and we really mean it when we say this.
