Last Mile Coordinator

Everything you are looking for and more As Last Mile Coordinator, you will be in charge of supervising, validating and creating the strategy for our national Last Mile routes. You must be an extremely analytical person, with previous experience in logistics and Last Mile, with knowledge of national geography, the legal documentation necessary for transportation.
In addition, we will need you to be a person with communication and negotiator skills, also being a great problem solver.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Live tracking of national Last Mile routes, use an improvement of route management software. Periodic analytical review for transport optimization. Be highly aware with sustainable mobility and to reduce the carbon footprint. Daily preparation and following of cost and effectiveness reports. Financial monthly closings and conciliations with suppliers. Be an active part at partners negotiations. Compare various sources to achieve the best verifications. Well, what will the requirements be? At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Highly analytical person. High knowledge of the logistics sector, more specifically Last Mile. Knowledge of national logistic and mobility official documentation. Proactive and able to work autonomously. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
