Large Format Marketing Manager - European MarketsWe are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced marketer to lead the SEMA, CEE, and NEW Large Format Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a marketer with strong research and analytical skills, who is results-oriented and strategically skilled, has a seat at the business table, and has proven impact on sales and revenue contribution.ResponsibilitiesLead EMEA demand generation campaign strategy, planning, and execution for HP's LFP products and solutions, focusing on driving pipeline and revenue growth in all key markets.Overall accountable for optimizing the entire marketing mix of the region for better return on investment.Support the business in strategic planning and execution of the end-to-end marketing plan, from driving awareness and demand to managing customer acquisition and retention through an insights-driven multi-step and multi-channel customer journey.Increase demand and engagement through nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing by creating a coordinated 'always-on' contact and content strategy for the whole customer lifecycle to boost conversion and retention.Measure and optimize campaign performance against revenue growth goals, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rate.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, track campaign performance, and provide ongoing reporting to internal stakeholders.Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams to ensure successful follow-up and engagement with prospects from demand gen campaigns.Build the HP brand with a positive impact on the target audiences through activities and content that breaks through and creates emotional and rational connections with our customers.Work with channel and key resellers on co-marketing initiatives and campaigns.Ensure strong and consistent alignment of marketing investments, strategy, and tactics with key stakeholders (global marketing, country business, and sales leaders).Deploy and manage the marketing budget with clear and measurable KPIs and metrics in straight alignment with the business.Drive a growth mindset and innovative culture for the team.
