We are looking for an empathetic and problem-solving new member to join our Landlord Support Team.
Tasks
How you are part of our success story:
You are the first line of contact for our suppliers answering all the questions and taking care of their account-related requests
You support key account management in organizational, administrative and operational day-to-day business
You take responsibility for the requests of Key Account Managers and external partners
You take over the communication between the different departments in order to solve the requests of the landlords quickly and efficiently
You will report directly to the Head of Global Supply Sales and will be surrounded by senior experts in the industry
Requirements
What you need to convince us:
You are business fluent in English and Spanish
Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service or a similar position
