Therefore, the right candidates show a high level of agility and perseverance combined with a natural curiosity and passion for acquiring new knowledge.Your accountabilities are likely to vary, but your main tasks may include:Management of landowners' complaints and/or requests including communication, evaluation, tracking, and generation of reports on land acquisition status.Manage, coordinate and optimize the interface between landowners and the project team.Collaboration with permitting specialists, engineers, and scientists as needed upon communication with landowners.Collaboration with land manager, as needed, for the land acquisition status.Monitor, document and report the compliance with land lease contracts.The working location for this position is onsite in Teruel (Spain).About youPreferably, we expect you to enrich our business with the following experience and skills:Local knowledge of the area.Relevant bachelor's degree in environment or forestry/agricultural engineering.3+ years' relevant experience in renewable energy construction.Solid understanding of legal wording applied to land lease agreements.Advance Excel skills.General knowledge of land definitions and legislation (agricultural, urban, building).Basic knowledge of GIS tools.Besides, you contribute with the following personal traits:Results-oriented and agile while working with many tasks and short deadlines.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsOrganized, accurate, and detail-oriented.Dynamic and quick approach to finding solutions.Fluent in English
