Keep reading.MissionThe mission of the Quality Control Manager/Deputy Qualified Person is to co-lead the Quality Control department, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations, optimizing analytical processes, and overseeing efficient resource and personnel management, supporting the Technical Director.What will be your contributions?As Quality Control Manager/Deputy Qualified Person (the latter role only in the absence of the titular technical director), your contributions will include:Leading the Quality Control department and being part of the Quality Assurance system.Managing department personnel, overseeing activities, and ensuring the quality of processes and products.Budgetary management of the department.Collaborating and acting as a substitute for the technical director when unavailable.Participating in the release or rejection of raw materials and finished products.Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring the stability plan.Controlling the product inventory in climatic chambers.Analytical Review: Supervising analytical determinations of raw materials and finished products, including reviewing analytical reports and preparing reagents.Environmental Control: Daily monitoring of environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) in quality control areas and sample storage, ensuring compliance with established procedures.Executing validation protocols and drafting quality control procedures and analytical methods for the analysis and sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.Managing sample storage, inventories of reagents, and laboratory materials.Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of equipment.Handling audits and proposing corrective and preventive measures.Investigating out-of-specification (OOS) results and trends (OOT).Managing the purified water production team.Implementing total quality management strategies.Integrating innovative technologies and methods into quality control
