You'll be responsible for managing and improving relations between the company and its employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs, ensuring the understanding of employees and business clients.Improves effectiveness of employee engagement activities, with a focus on increasing retention rates.Administers labor relations policies and agreements, ensuring adherence to established policies and practices.Provides consultative advice to people managers regarding labor relations policies and procedures.Ensures labor compliance, according to labor law updates/changes.More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.5-7 years of experience in the area.Proficient in English - business conversations.Experience in global manufacturing organizations and strong knowledge in Mexican Labor Law.Solid skills in conflict resolutions/negotiations.Position is to be based in Camargo, Chihuahua.Our candidate profile is just a guide.
