By leveraging our innovative solutions, music businesses can seamlessly navigate an evolving landscape and capitalize on new opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Label & Artist Support: Act as the primary point of contact for label partners, providing guidance to implement tailored release strategiesMarket & Trend Analysis: Regularly assess industry trends and identify emerging opportunities to drive client growthCampaign Management: Develop and manage marketing and A&R campaigns for client labels, optimizing efforts across digital and traditional channelsEvent Representation: Represent Revelator at key industry events to build connections with artists, labels, and industry professionalsEducational Initiatives: Organize and lead educational webinars and mentoring sessions for artists and label partners as part of the Label Services programOperational Reporting: Monitor and report on operational capacity to support client demand and service deliveryInternal Process Optimization: Enhance and document internal workflows to improve service efficiency and effectivenessClient Communications: Lead client communications, setting clear expectations for product and service deliveryAsset Collection: Gather and organize marketing assets from clients for ad campaigns and other promotional initiativesDigital Advertising: Set up and manage ad campaigns across DSPs, leveraging platform-specific tools and best practicesDSP Marketing Coordination: Consolidate weekly marketing opportunities from DSPs and work with the internal team to match these to client needsPitch Curation: Collate and review client pitches and promotional requests weekly, presenting top selections to the Label Services team for curationRelationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with DSP editors, arranging listening sessions and other touchpointsCross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Distribution team to incorporate client feedback and improve service featuresRequired Experience/SkillsIndustry Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing, project management, or label services role within a major distributor, label, or equivalent environmentCampaign Success: Demonstrated track record of commercially successful release campaignsIndustry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global music industry trends and release strategyDigital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of DSP promotional channels, music publications, and other key outletsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify Ad Manager, and similar digital advertising platformsData-Driven Approach: Strong grasp of data analytics, with the ability to report on campaign performance and growthCross-Team Development: Experience in building out new departments or product offerings from the ground up is advantageousProcess Design: Proven experience in designing and implementing cross-functional processes to enhance collaboration and efficiencyWhat We Offer:A collaborative and fast-paced environment within an innovative company.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Competitive salary, benefits, and flexible working arrangements.Revelator is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
