Formore information, please visit: https://www.Onechaintx.ComRole and functions:We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Lab Technician to join our team at OCI. As part of this critical position, you will help advance multiple product candidates towards clinical trials. You will:Work at a high scientific level, participating and carrying out the experiments of all the company's projects, independently and in collaboration with the researchers and under the direct supervision of the Lab Manager and the Research Director.Provide technical support to scientific investigations and researchers using a variety of lab procedures.Be responsible for ordering supplies, purchase orders and maintaining lab stocks and resources.Organize lab stocks and general materials, including cell stocks and cell culture.Help run the laboratory safely, maintaining the security standards according to PCB rules, including equipment, employees, supplies and software.Qualifications required:A bachelor's degree in biological sciencesIndustry experience (CROs, pharmaceutical companies, biotech, etc.) is highly desirable, but candidates with lab technician experience in academic will also be considered.Experience required:Strong knowledge in cell culture techniques, management of cell lines, primary cell culture, stem cell culture, maintenance of master and working cell bank, cryopreservation, etc.Experience in animal work. An up to date "experimental animal certification" (a/b/c functions ECC 566 / 2015) is a plus.Strong knowledge and technical skills in cell and molecular biology general techniques (plasmid preparation, cloning, PCR, Western Blot, ELISA, etc.).Previous experience with viral production (lentiviral, retroviral), titration, preparation of stocks and infection of cells working in P2 labs.Strong knowledge of chemical and biological reagent lab management, preparation and storage.General expertise in FACS use, immunophenotyping of cells and MACS cell separation and FACS cell sorting.Expertise in cell isolation from mouse samples and handling mice.Good management and relationship skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Knowledge of biocomputing tools, database management, sequence and protein analysis, interpretation of results and basic statistical analysis.High level of motivation, ability and willingness to learn in new areas of scientific knowledge and management.Creative problem solving.High degree of autonomy.Minimum Level: B2 or C1
