Lab Quality SupervisorWhat you'll do:Single point of contact with customer which looks to reach the customer excellence. Analyze any product non-conformity reported by customer or cross dock in order to contain it and properly solve it. Responsible to monitor and track external PPM in order to generate continuous improvement actions; and support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement.
