We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to establish and grow a learning infrastructure and culture. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute learning strategies and programs by maximizing the use of internal and external L&D resources.Evaluate organizational development needs.Partner with key stakeholders to build an onboarding experience that is consistent and accelerates new joiner contributions and performance.Identify critical performance gaps and future needs which can be resolved through training using internal or external resources.Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.Track budgets and negotiate contracts.Requirements and skillsProven experience as an L&D Manager.Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.Create learning strategies which align to our Ebury CORE values: Care, Accountability, Resilience and Eburian first.Experience in project management and budgeting.Proficient in Google Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English - other languages are a plus.Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and vendors.Related qualifications and Professional certifications are a plus.About Us Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
