What you become part of: Within the Digital Transformation and Productivity department of CCEP Customer Service & Supply Chain (CS?), we have the Digital and Operational Technology department responsible for the Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity.
We are looking for a passionate proactive hands-on senior manager whose role will be to ensure that our OT cyber security policies, standards, processes & tools will be consistently deployed across our territories with the required discipline and attention to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
In direct contact with our local operations teams, you will train, coach, run the necessary management routines and report to monitor our progress, identify gaps and set the corrective action plan.
You will be accountable to maintain a consistent and standardized way of doing across the board, to take benefits of best practices sharing and enable cross-country deployment waves of new policies, standards, processes, and tools.
What to expect: In this role you will be covering the following areas: Contribute to the development of OT security policy, standard and procedures for systems implementation in collaboration with our BPT security team - security design principles and configuration, virtual deployments, network deployment requirements, and manufacturing systems hardening and backup and patch management.
Develop the OT cybersecurity strategy in alignment with the Global security policies and ensure compliance with the regulations (NIS2, KRITIS,…) and support the Risk and Compliance department to ensure the achievement of our security frameworks beyond the regulations.
Central link and reference points with the Security Operations Center, with EA&N; and with the OT security team and BPT.
Develop, manage and support the Vulnerability Process for OT.
Maintain a Risk Matrix for OT Implementation including opportunities and challenges.
Maintain the PowerBI dashboard for OT Risks and support the Central Enterprise Risk Management department.
Be the reference point of contact with the cloud security team and guarantee the security assessments of Third Parties.
Provide cyber security guidance and support to all stakeholders internally and externally to develop, address and resolve all technical issues and non-compliances to standards.
Establish proper routines with our OEMs to guarantee that they apply our policies and standards and build a cybersecurity relationship.
Support the CS? in OT/Automation implementation by coordinating the cyber security testing programs for the entire CCEP business.
Awareness & Training strategy for OT cybersecurity.
Communication and Relationships: Strong and effective relationships with all levels of CS?, from shop floor technicians to senior leaders of CS? especially, BU and E&T; VPs and Directors.
Develop strong relationships with outside bodies to support CCEP's endeavours.
The Snr Manager should be able to discuss technical topics with engineers, managers, directors, and vice presidents in a language appropriate to each audience group.
An ability to clearly explain topics at the appropriate level of complexity is essential.
The Snr Manager will be expected to answer queries and manage conflicting opinions between suppliers and internal customers with professionalism and clarity.
First point of contact for BPT (IT department) in CCEP on all OT cyber security related escalations and non-compliances.
He/she will coordinate resolution in conjunction with the BU Snr Mgr EA&N; in case the site doesn't have the resource or capabilities.
Continuous Improvement: Has a clear understanding of how the technology of Automation and OT installations, systems, legislation, and components evolve and keeps this technical knowledge up to date.
Takes this knowledge together with an understanding of the CCEP business to implement improvement strategies, which are supported by and aligned with stakeholders.
Leadership and People: Functional leadership over the OT Regional Lead to implement strategy and standards and develop improvement programs.
Identify site skill gaps in his/her expertise area and build site OT cyber security capabilities by coaching and setting up training activities.
Develop the supplier base required to improve CCEP's delivery and performance.
Skills & Essentials: We are looking for the following key attributes in you for this role: Engineering degree.
5-7 years working within a Manufacturing organization.
3-5 years managing and implementing operational technology systems and very good understanding of OT cyber security.
Self-motivated and driven to hit targets and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills; the ability to work independently as well as collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong time management, able to switch between keeping an overview and diving into details, able to prioritize under strict deadlines.
Strong developed people skills; able to engage, motivate and develop others.
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, another European language is valuable.
Willing to travel up to 25-50%.
