We are reinforcing our Controlling team at our location in Barcelona.In this role you will be coordinating European controlling activities across manufacturing plants, securing harmonized standards with a focus on planning, reporting, performance monitoring, and management.What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Controller Europe:Define and develop controlling structure across European (re-)manufacturing plants:Define processes and harmonized standards for consolidated controlling.Initiate implementation of new controlling systems and tools.Coordinate financial routine processes:Orchestrate and guide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.Guide controllers of European plants and deploy standards.Monitor financial performance and KPIs (incl.
OPV, Productivity / CIS), understand deviations and initiate measures.Set up controlling processes and structure and drive routine management.Support continuous improvement of operational performance:Support benchmarking, improvement measures, and projects in collaboration with global manufacturing domain, Regional Controlling, and Cost Engineering.Provide financial guidance and ensure data-based decision making.Your profile as Manufacturing Controller Europe:Degree in economics or equivalent.Extensive experience in Manufacturing / Operations Controlling.Leadership experience and ability to motivate teams.Fluent in Spanish and English.Experienced with product cost calculation principles.Good analytical skills.Proactive work attitude and improvement mindset.Ability and willingness to work in heterogeneous and global teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
