Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Barcelona, B, ESP
Responsibilities: Identify, drive and track strategic initiatives that improve the selling partner experience.Measure results by monitoring quality and efficiency metrics and contacts.Collaborate with operational, training, product, and software development teams to define and specify solutions.Prepare and execute regular program updates to senior management.Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and lead business and product teams to define and deliver solutions.Identify and analyze data to develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for Seller experience improvements.Implement effective Operations solutions quickly to avoid production impediments.Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.Champion Amazon's customer-centric culture and advocate for Seller needs using data and technology.Longer Term Goals: Stimulate innovative thinking and fresh approaches to enhance Amazon's leadership in service to Sellers.Ensure Seller Operations effectively scale to meet the needs of the growing business.Identify and implement process improvements throughout the Global Network.Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of program or project management experience.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.2+ years of driving process improvements experience.Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.Are you passionate about improving customer experiences?
