The future is Brite!About the roleIn this role, you'll work side-by-side with the founder and CEO of Brite Payments, running projects on her behalf, managing her schedule, coordinating key meetings, and ensuring smooth operations of her day-to-day activities. If you're a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and loves taking initiative, we encourage you to apply!ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the CEO to support all aspects of her daily work routine.Lead and coordinate projects on her behalf in close alliance with the Chief of Staff.Full calendar management for the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments and all travel arrangements.Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, sharing meeting materials with participants and following up on deliveries.Managing email and other correspondence on the CEO's behalf.Planning and coordinating the CEO's attendance and speaking engagements at conferences and events together with the Communications team.Support in the organisation of gifts and entertainment.Other assignments and projects as directed by the CEO.What we are looking forWe're looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who exhibits sound judgement with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
