Job Mission Define & optimize the supply service to e-commerce customers, with the objective of maximizing customer experience and management. Own the key customer service KPIs & processes. Support eComm KAMs in end-to-end orders management with customers. Direct commercial contact with Amazon.
Responsibilities Customer ownership: all eComm customers - Amazon (1P + 3P), ePharmas, Glovo, Aliexpress.End-to-end PO tracking (from customer service to delivery confirmation to customer).Directly manage with customers all shipment issues (breakages, expired products, gaps on units vs proforma).Transmit POs to the warehouse.Communicate errors of supply (codes, multiple units) in the catalogue.Raise unit ASP gaps in POs, before invoice is issued.Owner of the Amazon metrics (tracking, analysis, and influence):Lead time to deliverConfirmation rateFulfillment rateEfficiency receiveProject management and implementations to adapt current logistics processes to Amazon requirements (e.g., implementation of DESADV message or design of labels and the process for labelling Amazon's cases).Weekly Closing Reporting: OOS + orders entered by month + reconciliation of SAP & BI information.Ownership on tracking status of invoices:Customers without EDI: provide Proformas to customers before the order is shipped and invoice is issued.Customers with EDI: ensure EDI invoice has been sent and received by the customer.Claim 100% of chargebacks, ensuring clarity every month.Claim 100% of merchandise shortcuts, ensuring clarity every month. Requirements Education: Business or Engineering related degree.Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in FCMG/Pharmaceutical/Nutrition company.Languages required: Intermediate English.
